This is one of the most hidden gems of Turkey one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I starred a lot the swimming pool. POOL is outstanding. The staff are magnificent and the whole of the complex. You cannot describe how wonderful is it? You recommended I would suggest anyone in this area plans at least one night here you will be back again. I can promise you that.

It is an excellent property where you can connect with the nature, surrounded by huge beautiful trees. Very relaxing atmosphere, friendly and professional stuff. Modern rooms with new furniture. The breakfast is one of the best in Türkiye.

We stayed at Nuup Hotel in mid-April, and even though the weather was still on the cooler side and the pool wasn’t open yet, the experience was absolutely lovely. The property itself is incredibly charming—tucked away between trees and mountains, it feels like a hidden retreat. With fewer guests during this time, the atmosphere was especially peaceful, quiet, and elegant. It’s easy to imagine how vibrant and even more enjoyable it would be in the warmer months when the pool is open and the surroundings are in full bloom. One of the highlights was the breakfast and restaurant area, which overlooks a small pond filled with animals. It adds such a unique and calming touch to the setting. The natural beauty around the hotel is truly special—lush, serene, and perfect for unwinding. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway immersed in nature, this is a fantastic spot. There are plenty of opportunities nearby for hiking and biking, and you’re only about a 30-minute drive from a stunning coastline. Overall, Nuup Hotel offers a peaceful escape with a lot of character. We’d definitely love to return in the summer to experience it in a different season.

Understand that we are only staying a night but the rooms given to us were not good. Above the reception area, with a lot of street noise. There were mosquitos in the room, but no machine or repellent. Their restaurants are great though, surprised they don’t have Michelin stars.

Amazing surroundings pool and restaurant . Seems to me all the emphasis is at the restaurant where the food and staff are amazing,well done . The hotel not so much im afraid . I booked a delux plus room for a 50th birthday celebration and messaged the hotel a couple of months in advance with a request for a nice room and to make it extra special, was literally given the worst room in the entire resort., next to reception and by the side of a road with lots of traffic and generator noise all day all night . Others have also mentioned this room being bad in other reviews. We was disappointed to say the least . Complained to reception but they said they were fully booked and to try again tomorrow. The next day we tried again but the expected us to pay to upgrade to another room. Kept saying there fuly booked but didn't see more than a handful of other guests around.I'm sorry to say there is no personal touches here , no warm welcome no one to bring luggage to room , no one to order drinks from around the pool, no mangers on duty to speak with, its such a shame as the gardens and surroundings are stunning. For the price they are charging you expected a certain standard and it missed the mark completely. Better to just visit the restaurant and stay somewhere else , sorry

If you would like to have view of the ER of the Marmaris State Hospital with foodposioning and get BLAMED for it by the hotel than i definitely recommend this hotel. First meal that my wife eat was a straight ticket to the ER. She just ordered a simple Tuna Bowl for lunch and after a couple of hours she started to vomit and this wouldn’t stop until we got to the hospital. The next day we told the hotel that there was something wrong with the food but the way they acted was like if they wanted to put the blame on us. Because the food was “freshly” made and they get delivery daily for fresh fish. Find it hard to believe since the hotel was empty (3 more couples). Instead of simple sorry and you don’t have to pay for the salad, they told us well you need to pay if you don’t we will accept it was our fault that your wife got sick. We just left the place angry and just paid it because things would have got out of hand. Do your self a favor and just keep away from this hotel. The rooms smell, only good thing is the pool i will give credit for that and the staff are friendly but the directors are terrible people.

Artıları: - Genel olarak oldukça sakin bir ortam sunuyor ve odalar arasında yeterli mesafe bulunduğu için mahremiyet hissi yüksek. - Havuzu ve güneşlenme alanı çok başarılı. - Fitness ve bisiklet imkânı sunması güzel bir avantaj. - İncekum Plajı'na yakın konumda. - Çalışanlar otelin en büyük artılarından biri. Sizi hiçbir zaman rahatsız etmeden, ihtiyaç duyduğunuz anda güler yüzle yardımcı oluyorlar. - Kahvaltılar gerçekten mükemmel. Kahvaltı, Nuup Restaurant'ta servis ediliyor ve hem lezzet hem de çeşitlilik açısından beklentiyi fazlasıyla karşılıyor. Tek olumsuz nokta ise özellikle alkollü içecekler ve kokteyllerin fiyatlarının oldukça yüksek olması. Bu konuda fiyatlandırmanın yeniden gözden geçirilmesi misafir memnuniyetini daha da artıracaktır. Genel olarak huzurlu, kaliteli ve doğayla baş başa vakit geçirmek isteyenlere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Harika bir otel planlaması yapılmış, zamanımız olsa konaklamamızı uzatmak isterdik. Yüzyıllık ağaçların arasında, doğa içinde ama bir o kadar da konforlu. Dolu dolu bir kahvaltı, tatilde spordan vazgeçmeyenler için fitness salonu, ağaçların gölgesinde havuzu, daha ne olsun :) Tekrar geleceğimize eminim.

Otel çok temiz çok bakımlı bir oteldi süleyman beye girişte ve tatil boyunca ilgi alakaları için teşekkür ederiz. Ayrıcı nuup restorant kısmında anıl beye çok teşekkür ederiz ilgi ve alakası için. Sadece havuzu bile başlı başına mükemmel. Ufak bi eleştri olarak restaurant kısmında kahvaltı peşine içtiğimiz türk kahvelerinin ücretinin alınması böyle bir işletmeye yakışmıyor birde restaurant menüsü biraz pahalı alacart olduğundan ötürü.

Her detayı özenle düşünülmüş, gerçekten harika bir tesis. Son derece huzurlu, sessiz ve sakin bir atmosfere sahipti. Kuş sesleri eşliğinde güneşlenmek ve doğanın tadını çıkarmak çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltıları oldukça çeşitli, kaliteli ve lezzetliydi. Tesis içerisinde keçiler, ördekler, balıklar ve farklı hayvanların bulunması da ortama ayrı bir güzellik katıyordu. Doğayla iç içe, huzur dolu bir tatil geçirdik. Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık ve ilk fırsatta tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Yemek menüleri çok kötü. Tadlar iyi değil porsiyonlar küçük. Normal yiyecekler çok az. Farklı tatlar deneyelim demişler ama olmamış. Acilen normal yiyecekler eklenmesi lazım menüye. Oda servisi çok geç geliyor bir şey istediğinizde. Onun dışında herşey iyiydi (8/10)

Otel şık yapılmış ancak neredeyse tüm hizmetleri sorunluydu. 5 gün kalıp çoğunlukla etrafı gezdik. Daha ilk gün bir toplantıya katılmak için wifi sordum, sizin odada wifi çekmiyor toplantı odasından katılın dediler.. günlük oda temizlikleri yapılmadı, bunu resepsiyona bildirince “görevliler gelmiş siz temizlik istememişsiniz” diye yalancı muamelesi yaptılar. Kahvaltıdaki seçenekler inanılmaz vasat, böyle bir otele göre değildi hatta bir de 4 kişi kaldığımız otelde bir sabah 4.yumurta için ekstra ücret istediler, yanlışlık olmuş… daha hatırlamadığım bir sürü şey… kısacası hizmet aşırı kötü ama mekan görseli iyi.
