Everyone at the front desk, except for Yasemin, was very kind, friendly, and warm. The food was good, the beach was nice, and everything was clean. However, Yasemin was so rude that she sent the English tourists off with flags, but told the Turkish tourists, ‘Come on, it’s 1 o’clock, time to leave.’ She was even disrespectful enough to warn us while we were eating. I gave one point less because of her. I hope she learns to treat Turkish citizens equally.

Overall the property was nice. Unfortunately, we arrived as the season was just beginning and the weather was still a bit chilly. The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. The hotel is in a great location- The restaurants are great and there was always a good variety of food. A big bonus was the 24hr snacks available in the lobby. Will love to visit in the summer again.

We were disappointed with our room as from the moment we walked in, we smelt smoke. We complained immediately and the only solution was to have the room sprayed with chemicals. We complained the following day after having left the windows opened all day but no effort was made to change our room. We discovered the guests in the room below were chain smokers and smoked from 7.30am. We resented paying for a holiday when we were having to bear with others smoking. Maybe you should have a policy of placing smokers in one section of the hotel to not disturb non smokers. Apart from that we were happy with the food, setting, spa and service,

The staff were incredibly helpful. The food was excellent, lots of options and provided lots of variety. Also enjoyed the pools and beach, especially the whirlpool in the outdoor pool. The nighttime entertainment was also enjoyable and i really liked having access to the app that listed all the daily entertainment program.
