First of all , hotel photos on your page is very misleading. Very uncomfotible room and No TV was avaialble. , no cleaning after first night. Big dissapointment for me and my wife. I will never book thru hotels.com.

Hotels rezervasyon rezaleti
Bir hevesle rezervasyon yaptırdığımızı düşündüğümüz konukevine vardığımızda Hotels tarafından bize verilen rezervasyon kodunun geçersiz olduğunu, konukevinin böyle bir rezervasyondan haberi olmadığını öğrendik! Konukevi hotels'in hep böyle yaptığını kendilerinden onay almadan kendileri adına oda sattıklarını söylediler. Kaç saat ve kilometre gitmişiz karşılaştığımız hayal kırıklığının sebebinin vicdani boyutunu kim ödeyecek onu Allah'a havale ediyorum. Konukevinin sahibi hanımefendi biraz çabayla bize kalabileceğimiz bir yer buldu. Geri dönecek enerjimiz kalmadığı için kalıp bir denemeye karar verdik. Ancak klimasız, detaylarda banyosu tuvaleti leş gibi, bozuk bir vantilatörün olduğu ve çalıştıramadığımız, sabaha kadar uyumadan sıcakta oturarak sabahın olmasını beklediğim bir gece geçirdim. Sabah bir uyandım ki vücudumda sinek mi, pire mi ne ısırığı olduğu belli olmayan bir sürü kaşınan nokta... Nasıl kaçacağımızı bilemeden Selimiye'den ayrıldık. Bu işin sorumlusu kimse bize yaşattığı bu durumu yaşaması öncelikli dileğimdir!
