"The private entrance to the property was the first indication we had chosen for something special for our stay on Kos. Our week at Ta Spitakia was so relaxing that we spent less time at the beach and just lazed around the villas outdoor seating area or on the private sun loungers. "A lovely but basic apartment right on the beach with a small pool. Had the pool to ourselves most the time. There is a bus stop opposite or about 20 mins walk to centre. We were out of check in time so emailed but received no response, we called and they had received email. They sort check in so if you don't have a reply it will all be fine "

"Please stay somewhere else!!!! We stayed as a party of 4 with 3 rooms. Our room didn’t have hot water in the morning and their response was that we needed to wait until 9 or so. Our friend’s rooms, which were not near the office, had no Wi-Fi and it wasn’t addressed. The beds were hard, cheap and you were able to feel the springs. We were all sore in the morning. The warmest welcome greeted us on our arrival and Evi's kindness and helpful manner continued all week. "Very nice hotel. My family really enjoy d our stay at Kos Divine Hotel. Room is clean,spacious and has a lot of amenities and activities for the guests. Wednesday entertainment was fun(bingo and karaoke) Staff are really approachable and friendly. We love the breakfast buffet and the pool was a complete package.Hats off to all the staff. "The stay was amazing. Liked all the amenities at the property and proximity to the beach. Extremely clean room and grounds. Room service does an excellent job. They were a bit too strict and made my friend that was staying with me uncomfortable since I didn’t add her to the reservation. The reservation was for 3 people. I added only myself and this became an issue even though it was just my friend staying with me. "
