"J'avais réservé 4 jours dans un gîte pour 4 personnes.J'ai payé, et j'ai reçu la confirmation et l'adresse. Le lundi, on se presente chez le propriétaire et le gîte était occupé pour tout le mois d'octobre. À 19hrs nous n'avions pas un toit pour dormir. En ce moment je suis en train de désinstaller l'appli et je croise les doigts pour avoir un remboursement."

"Un catastrophe, toilettes boucher plus canalisations et cela depuis 2022 nous sommes en 2024 !!! Vitre casser , cuisine casser four HS réfrigérateur avec un pot de crème fraîche ouverte et sale . Il vous dit que vous pouvez fêter anniversaire et autre mais à 20h il faud rester à intérieur Porte et fenêtres fermées qui elle sont casser aussi . "Die Unterkunft war toll und ein Erlebnis. An das Konzept des Trockenklos muss man sich etwas gewöhnen, aber die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns jederzeit gut geholfen und versorgt! Wir konnten den Garten nutzen und fühlten uns wohl, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr nett. Insgesamt war das ein tolles Abenteuer in Morsains!"

"Nice property in the old town, walkable to train station and sights. Classic style room. TV vey glitchy, which normally wouldn’t matter except I wanted to watch Roland Garros. Really good restaurant!"

"Our family, including two kids were amazed by the hospitality of the hosts, cleaning was and warm atmosphere in this quite old but perfectly fitted house in the middle of old town of Provins. The breakfast was very special with high quality French food. The garden near the house was very private and relaxing. Very positive experience, thank you !"

Really nice boutique hotel

"Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. "

"This was a small inn which was very nice. Breakfast buffet was very good and room was clean and nice. The area around it was very residential so not a lot of things to do close by. The staff was very nice and always looking to take care of you. Did not eat dinner but restaurant always seemed full so good sign many locals. Good access to lots of attractions by car and well worth the cost. "

Poor service

"On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. We were on 3 motorcycles and had been travelling all day looking forward to a shower. Then in the morning while we had breakfast they went in our rooms moved some of our stuff and cleaned the rooms ready for the next guests before we even checked out. "
