Tram on the opposite side also takes you into France. Restaurants all around within 30 seconds or few mins walk. Property has a fridge and cooking equipment if you want a cheaper night in. "The apartment was very nice and the staff accommodating. We had a loud guest above us on our first night, and the staff immediately gave us a top floor room, no fuss at all. We'd definitely stay there again. Location is excellent. Parking is difficult and expensive, but that's not specific to this property....that's the whole area. "

"My wife and I loved the location, it was fantastic. We were on the ground level and the ability to interact with the locals was great. The facility was very nice and the pool and sauna was very nice. It is both secluded as well as very walkable to all points in Chamonix. Parking is a valued part of the reservation.
