"The family room was a little small/ tight to navigate within. there was a mouldy hilton water bottle left there which i thought was for us to use however when i opened it, a disgusting smell came from it, like rotten vegetables. In the bathroom, there was a towel which was dirty and had red stains on, looked like blood. were were so tired after Disneyland that i placed it on the floor rather than complaining.
