"My second visit back to the hotel Good location shopping at Val d’Europe and Disneyland Parks - just be mindful you do need to get a bus (about 20min ride) or a taxi to the parks - Expedia shows the distance as close enough to walk but this is not the route to the park entrances - (it looks like distance as the crow fly’s not access to entrance) The bus is a small fee and convenient On arrival I was told I had a free room upgrade - I recently tipped into Gold membership on Expedia so my guess this is how I got the upgrade! The room was huge, ground floor with balcony doors opening out to the pool area Very clean, luggage storage available, spacious room, lovely shower, comparable bed, TV in room My only same feedback I have for the luggage storage - it’s in a secured room which is great, but would still feel more comfortable being given a number tag to attach to the bag and show the reception team on collection rather than putting it in the secure cupboard without someone checking a tag to show it’s your bag Will always use this hotel again Thank you"

"It is Apartment hotel so cleaning services will only be once a week. Near disney abd there is free shuttle provided but it gets so busy in the morning. We booked a room for 3 people , 2 adults and 1 kid. They gave us a room with small bunk beds and one sofa bed. It was not comfortable so we changed to 2 bedrooms one and it was really better. Not very much clean outside rooms, the halls or when you open the windows you will see spider's webs everywhere on the corners of walls. Pool was not heated it was cold. Location is really good for disney visitors."

"Staff were great, spoke very good english, check in and out were easy and they stored our luggage for a while on the last day. The room was fine for our needs. Comfy beds and a handy little kitchenette which had everything we needed for out stay. The only downsides were the smell of smoke whenever the extractor fans kicked in at night, and the shower was odd. Temperature was fine, pressure was ok, but the curtain and the placement of the shelf bit meant you thought the bathroom would flood every shower. There was some mould in the grout around the bottom, and it also drained very slowly. There was a little bit of noise from the road outside, but mostly just normal road traffic in the morning when people went to work. Would highly recommend if you need a place to sleep and want the kitchen bit for storing food and having breakfast before a disney day. If you like a posh hotel bathroom then this wouldn't be for you."

"Most importantly the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff I encountered were very friendly and welcoming (especially reception) the hot breakfast on this stay wasn’t particularly great, the potato was very hard and undercooked, room service food wasn’t particularly great either but that may just be down to my tastes"
