"I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. "Excellent Hotel!!!! New and fresh"

"We stayed in a golden forest room that didn’t have adaquate ac. Room never got cooler than 28 degrees. We complained and they told us it was working correctly and gave us a fan. Complained again and they told us this was all they could do. I slept under damp towels in order to try and keep cool and get some rest. It was an incredibly expensive let down and greatly impacted my enjoyment of the park. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here."

"Room was clean and the staff were super helpful, however the pool has a lot of chlorine that my kids started coughing after just 20 mins of swimming! Very close to disney land and the shuttle is always on the schedule. I had a great stay."

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....
