"Pool was closed, even the water fountain was turned off. Our bathroom door handle was broken. The bed was uncomfortable, they only gave us one pillow each so we needed two more which they did provide. The headboard was very uncomfortable. The shower was one you had to hold to use as they didn't have a fixture on the wall. Only hand soap, no shampoos or shower gel provided. No breakfast. "It is a kilometre away from city centre but if you walk a half a kilometer, you will find restaurants, they just won’t have the same energy as the city center, which if you’re looking for a quiet environment is perfect. The staff were super friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an out of this world experience."
