"Sehr hübsches Chalet am Wasser. Ideale Lage und unglaubliche Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. "I stayed with 2 couples and 3 other friends (total group of 8) in the house and we had plenty of room! 4 of the rooms could easily fit couples, and the other two still had nice sized double beds. We loved using the sauna after a day skiing and every night we watched a film on the projector. The house itself is well equipped with plenty of towels, cooking equipment and entertainment. "The VRBO chalet was perfect for our ski trip to Kitzbühel! The location was an easy 8 minute walk or so from the train station, which took us back and forth from Oberndorf in Tirol to Kitzbühel to ski, it was very convenient. There also was a grocery store very close by which made it easy to walk and buy groceries and make food in the lovely chalet kitchen. "We stayed here 3 nights in August. The owner was very friendly and left good instructions. The house was clean and well equipped. The Wi-Fi worked great. You will need a car but grocery shopping is a quick car ride away. My only warning is that the only bed is upstairs and the stairs are very steep so this would not be the place for somebody with limited mobility. We didn't have any problems though."

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again.
