I was not expecting to be wowed with my stay. The pictures online dont do justice! Although the property is about 2 mile walk from the more touristy part of Marrakech, the peaceful atmosphere and excellent staff are worth the short/cheap taxi drive to wherever you want to go! I walked into “town“ as it was spring and felt comfortable doing so.

Our experience at 555 was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast was a highlight, offering a very generous and varied selection of delicious options to start the day. The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful and pleasant stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was delightful, with a welcoming and relaxing vibe that made us feel right at home. I had a really great experience staying at this 555 Hotel From the point of entering this 555 Hotel to the when i left, everything was 10 out 10 excellent. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, loved the room that i stayed in - could bearly hear any sound from the night club which was ideal as get good night sleep after busy day ( room 209). Buffett breakfast was amazing with a great selection to choose and staff in the breakfast restaurant were super nice. Overall the atmosphere is very calm in the hotel and i felt very safe. I highly recommend this hotel even if you dont do clubbing as it accomodates for all. There is a big shopping mall about about 5 minutes walk around the back of the hotel. the mall has many designer shops and good food outlets

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They are also very helpful. As a solo traveller I felt safe. The hotel is gorgeous and looks exactly as the photographs. The Sky Pool is a 10/10. The hotel was easy to find for my tour guides and transportation. It is a clubbing hotel so music is played almost all day and night but this did not disturb my sleep. I would definitely go again and recommend. With restaurants and clubs on the same grounds you don’t need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. Walking distance from Almazar Mall which has a supermarket and tons of food outlets. Pretty close to the city center and airport. Very convenient. I got a lovely refreshment and nice cold towel on arrival. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel but teething problems

We were upgraded to suites which was amazing and the biggest and most comfortable bed and great AC but be prepared, these rooms are above the REALLY LOUD NIGHT CLUB. The noise stopped at 5am. Hotel said they are working on sound proofing but the vibrations were awful. The pool area opens at 12pm so morning sunbathing doesn’t happen. It’s a new hotel and definitely has some teething problems. It’s also expensive. I wouldn’t go back but I did enjoy my stay. The managers are doing their best to improve the service and situation.

The property was very clean but badly managed ie health & safety very poor. No wet sign on display when the floor was very wet due to the heavy rain. Swimming pool is a disaster, no steps, no ladder and very slippery ie very hard and dangerous to get in and out of the pool. Night club next to the hotel,open from 12 till 5 am , no sleep as you could hear the loud music and the vibrations, in need of sound proof. Felt very uncomfortable every time you go up to the swimming you get searched by the security in case you have even a small bottle of water so they can sell you their own !!!! No fridge in the room . By the pool , guests allowed to sit in the pool with drinks in glass !!! And smoking by the edge of the pool. Tendency to favour Frensh guests over other nationalities ! No lift in the property consisting of three floors which is not mentioned in their brochures. In general guest should be informed that in advance that it is very hard to get a good night sleep due to the vibrations and the super loud music from the night club.the property is amazing only been opened for six months but still lots of work to be done regarding the health , safety and the well being of the guests. Cameras everywhere which is good but not in the public toilet !! Where else they have cameras ????many times I and other guests slipped in the pool and I have lots of photos and videos to confirm all of this. I personally will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or relatives. My shower wa

I went there to enjoy the nightclub facilities. The hotel text me to say the club is opened. When i checked in, they said the club is closed for Ramadan. The manager went to explain it was the AI Chatbot that mistaken about the club closure. Extremely disapponted at the poor communication and coordination. Seems the owner didnt know if the place should beva vlub or a riad. Super weird paintings everywhere such as one of Jim Carey on the mask, a freajed out Donald Duck, Mona Lisa missing the face and burnt US Dollar bill on top of headboard. JRring to say the least. Poor taste at tge least. The bed and pillows were amazing. Beautiful bathroom. Hotel is quite new. Those are the only pluses. Its located in middle of nowhere Oit of touch woth the Marrakech vibe.

Did a long weekend stay at the 555 hotel for a wedding. Overall we had a good experience, the staff are super friendly/helpful! The location is good as we are not too far from the medina, there are also restaurants nearby which were easily accessible. There were a few things we found to be lacking, natural light for starters, we had a window that faced into the hallway, so there was no natural light ever, there was also no ceiling light in the room, so it is very dim and did have to use the bathroom light (by leaving the bathroom door open) to help brighten up the room. Considering we booked a suite, the room was very small, especially for two women who were trying to get ready! There weren’t simple things like, dressing gowns, iron, mini fridge either which is usually a staple in all hotels I’ve stayed in. Regarding the nightclub, it is open everyday from 11pm-5am, it is loud, but we easily slept through the noise, so it was not an issue for us. You can also access the nightclub for free if staying at the 555 hotel, which we did on Friday night and it was a good vibe. The rooftop pool area was beautiful, and the staff in the restaurant were lovely!

Hotelli on erittäin hyvä niille, jotka haluavat juhlia aamu viiteen, mutta jos haluat viettää rauhallisen loman ja nauttia lasillisen altaan ääressä, on tämä aivan väärä valinta. Hotelli on erittäin siisti, aamiainen on erittäin hyvä ja palvelu myös, mutta yökerhon melu kuuluu koko yön. Hotellin vieressä on loistava ruokaravintola "Nommes", jossa myös loistava show.

Super sympathique

Notre séjour était magnifique surtout avec le Personnel une certaine Asnah et un collègue super sympathique et souriant ils nous ont tout expliqué comment se déplacer aller en ville etc franchement une équipe magnifique à l’accueil de l’hôtel et sans oublier l’agent de sécurité du matin super agréable en passant par la femme de ménage qui était dans notre étage une certaine Loubnia franchement pour notre première fois au Maroc, on ne regrette pas du tout d’avoir choisi cet hôtel.

PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA NO MARROCOS! Quando fizemos a reserva, não dizia que teria uma casa de festas noturna junto com o hotel, não tem nada disso na descrição! Não conseguimos dormir nada a noite toda, mesmo estando na suíte. O gerente Youssef disse que não iríamos escutar nenhum barulho a noite e nenhuma vibraca por estarmos na suíte, e que qualquer coisa poderia ligar diretamente para ele, mas o gerente é um mentiroso, não atendeu o telefone quando precisamos e os quartos eram muito barulhentos e vibrava tudo! Pior experiência da viagem!
