The staff are very friendly and helpful at this hotel. The hotel itself is quite rundown and in need of refurbishment. In terms of location, it is well situated for both new town and old town, near to a mall which has a supermarket with a good range of products. I would not stay at this hotel again, until it had been updated.

This hotel is aging and the room was showing a little wear. The electric heater struggled a little to get the room up to temp. The cleaning staff is excellent and energetic. My room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The room was dark and quiet and I slept well. The staff did not disturb me and let me sleep in. The wi-fi needs to be better. It was not sufficient for work. First, in my opinion it is neither a resort nor s spa. Located close to a small Mall with dome restaurants & shops. I had a roomy and quiet studio, too bad it sas dimly lit, not practical during my stay in cold and gray weather. Very nice and helpful receptionists werd sleays resdy zo offer onformation or advice. All in all a pleasant stay!

Nous avions réserver trois chambre et on nous a mis trois dans la même chambre. Enfin on nous a donné une deuxième chambre pour notre séjour. Mis à part cet inconvénient, il n’y a pas de gêne à y séjourner. Les petits apparts sont bien et propres
