For the price, the service should be top tier. Found myself reminding them to restock the water, etc. Slow response on behalf of the butlers when using the hotel phone to text them. Hotel is stunning, restaurants are top tier. Friendly and courteous staff, very helpful.

Stunning Riad paired with great comfort and servic

We had a great time at the hotel. The facilities, ambience and decor were stunning with all the comfort we could wish for. We loved Omar”s yoga session and the royal hamam was an incredible experience! The locations of the hotel is perfect too: within the medina but you get easily to other parts of the city without too much of the traffic hassle inherent to the medina’s small alleys. Will definitely come back for another Marrakesh visit!

Three nights celebrating our parents turning 80. Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff, location, food, roms - it is a magical place. We took the coocking class and it is highly recommended. The Sultana is a magical place. We loved it.

Impeccable

All staff were impeccable. The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained. We left the hotel just 12 hours before the earthquake disaster occurred on 8th September. When hearing the sad news we immediately called the hotel to check all hotel staff and their families were safe and we were reassured all were. The hotel fortunately had not been adversely effected.

A true haven of peace in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the medina. The staff is exceedingly friendly and effective, working together like a tight-knit family. The spa and spa services are excellent. The room and the common areas were amazing and full of details. The area around the hotel (Casbah) has lots of convenient shops and services. It is located a short walk from everything you'd want to see in Marrakech.

I visited the Royal Mansour and the Mamounia for dinner just to compare but found this riad so much more beautiful and charming for a fraction of the price. Not to imply, however, that this gem is inexpensive!

A perfect hotel

La Sultana was everything it advertised- a luxurious hide-away in the heart of Marrakech. The hotel twists and turns, through elegant salons and courtyards, by hidden reading nooks and arrangements of fresh flowers, up curving stairwells to a lovely rooftop garden. The staff was graciously accommodating to our every request. It really is like staying in a fine old Moroccan mansion. We loved it.

We stayed here from February 2nd to the 11th, it was excellent, the hotel is gorgeous the food is excellent but the staff are at the top of my list as the absolute best.everyone was warm friendly and welcoming we felt right at home from the minute we arrived, I can’t say enough about the hotel, they arranged all our excursions seamlessly, gave us amazing recommendations for dinner, the location is excellent and very easy to get around, the suite was so pretty with lots of room and fine details like a jewelry box inside the safe, I would go back in a second definitely a 5 star boutique hotel

The BEST hotel in Marrakech!!!!

This was hands down the best hotel in Marrakech, even better than la mamounia in my opinion. The staff was amazing from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. I was visiting with my mother, a friend, and her mom and we stayed at three different hotels during our trip. This was their favorite as well. The staff was so welcoming and hospitable and made us feel at home every step of the way. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, the food at the hotel was fantastic, and the design was unparalleled. Every detail was accounted for. I will definitely be returning next time I am in Marrakech!
