"The staff were amazing especially amin and Mohammed and Aziz.they made our stay special with always going out of their way Breakfast was delicious and the whole experience was amazing Wasn’t that far by taxi to reach the main square There’s a supermarket and some Good places to eat in walking distance of the riad Absolutely exceptional"

Riad Shiny Moon

8/10 Good

"This was a clean, modern hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. We stayed one night to be near the airport for our early flight the next day. The large room was modern with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower. The staff arranged our early morning taxi ride to the airport and even prepared a little take away breakfast for us. I would give 5 stars except for two small criticisms: the hotel was a bit difficult to find as it had no sign. Our taxi driver drove around a bit and had to ask where it was. A message from the owners with a little instruction about which gate bell to ring would have been helpful. Also, the description says there is a restaurant but there wasn't one. They did show us to a restaurant very close by which was fine."

Sirayane Boutique Hotel and Spa

8/10 Good

"Overall I enjoyed the sirayanne but it didn’t come without a few (small) issues. Starting with the positives: very clean, room was great, comfortable beds. Most of the staff were lovely. Food was generally very good. Spa was amazing. Negatives: One staff in particular was rather rude for no reason (front desk). They don’t provide free water at all, and 2 bottles was 14 dollars. The same front desk staff did tell us to “treat the maids well” and we may get free water. We tipped quite generously and didn’t get any, and in a 5 star at this price point in a place where it’s not recommended to drink the tap water it was a bit disappointing. Only other thing was quite a lot of kids. I didn’t realize it wasn’t adults only which is on me, but almost everyone there aside from us had kids with them so if that’s not your thing maybe avoid this one. Overall it was a great property and mostly good."

El Olivar Palace Marrakech All Inclusive, Aquapark & SPA

8/10 Good

"A very pleasant stay My stay began with a disappointing check-in experience. The first room I was given was not ready: the bed was untidy, the pillows were stacked on top of each other, one of the pillows was visibly torn, and the room was quite dark. When I raised my concern at reception, I found the response from Mustapha rather cold and unprofessional. I then spoke with Soukaina, one of the managers, who handled the matter with great professionalism. She took the time to listen carefully, understood my concerns, apologized, and made sure everything was properly taken care of. I particularly appreciated her attentive and considerate approach. From there, everything was excellent. The food is very good, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the hotel offers a genuinely enjoyable environment. I appreciate the way the management handled the initial issue and turned an unfortunate first impression into a positive one. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel I would happily recommend."
