Designed to accommodate up to 14 travelers in a refined and bright atmosphere, this palace with traditional accents invites you to live the Moroccan experience with comfort, elegance and a touch of magic.
Generous volumes, shadow and light effects, a heated pool in addition surrounded by vegetation, an outdoor space where time seems suspended and every precious memory moment.

The Khemia Palace has 7 spacious rooms, all subtly decorated, to accommodate up to 14 travelers in absolute comfort.
Six of these rooms have their private bathroom, each designed with care: walk-in shower, noble materials, chosen details.
The house revolves around a vast living room bathed in light, ideal for sharing a mint tea, a meal or a moment of relaxation with family.
The kitchen, modern and functional, completes the living spaces, as well as the many openings to the outside, creating a beautiful harmony between interior and garden.
Outside, a superb private swimming pool awaits you, surrounded by sun loungers, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a soothing vegetal atmosphere. Here, everything invites you to slow down, to reconnect and to fully enjoy.

Everything is at your disposal in the Khemia Palace:
A unique and bright space, designed to accommodate up to 14 people in absolute comfort. You have 7 elegant rooms, including 6 with private bathrooms, a large living room, an equipped kitchen, WiFi Internet access, linen, sheets and towels, as well as air conditioning.
Outside, enjoy a private pool, surrounded by deckchairs, refined garden furniture, and a spacious outdoor area with trees, ideal for enjoying a moment of calm in complete privacy, under the sun of Marrakech.
For more comfort, the pool can be heated on request (preheating at 200€ then 50€/day).
A breakfast can also be served each morning (10€/person), as well as homemade lunches and dinners on site (25€/person), for a complete immersion, without having to leave the palace.

Located a few minutes from the center of Marrakech, the Palais Khemia enjoys a perfect environment to relax while staying close to the essentials of Marrakech.
Restaurants, souks, secret gardens and historic palaces are easily accessible by car or private transfer. You are far enough to savor the serenity, but close enough to taste the effervescence.
