Not a luxury experience - but luxury prices

Well….I thought it would be a cut above, as the prices were high. BUT - no television, no refrigerator, no kettle to make tea or coffee. There is also no tea/coffee in the atrium lobby, only at breakfast on the rooftop. Also, of course, there is no fitness center. I haven’t been in a hotel without these amenities for 40 years. The shower and sink had mold, and it was dark and dim inside. It seemed clean enough, though. Breakfast was adequate, but was the same every day. Staff members were kind. The location is chaotic, right in the medina, with motorcycles coming at you both ways as you carry your luggage. I would choose a hotel next time.

Good riad in main area

Great location, staff and riad! The area is right in the souks and close to the main square. It can be very noisy while walking in the area but once you're inside it's very quite. Breakfast is great and the staff are very friendly!

Worst experience possible

Don't ruin your trip by staying at this hotel. The establishment doesn't provide a minimum level of comfort to guests. The rooms are hot and has an old appearance. The streets around the area are unpaved and getting to the hotel is quite challenging. The staff doesn't speak English and is not very welcoming as well. Hotels.com also didn't help me at all in finding a solution to the issue. Extremely disappointed.

Absolute luxury and fantastic service

Riad Abracadabra certainly lived up to its magical name! Tucked away just off the main square it’s sheer peace and tranquility the moment you walk through the door. Our room was amazing, spotless and spacious and the bed was soo comfortable. Breakfast was always fresh and varied and nothing was ever too much trouble. An amazing experience for a very fair price. The best.

Bonito Riad en el centro de Marrakech

Estuvimos en 2013. Y repetimos hace unos días. Con eso lo digo todo Es un hotel a 5 mn de la plaza Jmaa el Fna. A 1 mn del zoco. La atención es muy buena. hablan español Con lo cual todo es más sencillo. Tambien es verdad que cuando llegamos había un grupo de amigos en el Riad y estaba súper desordenado. Con las puertas de las habitaciones abiertas, zapatillas en medio del riad....y la sensación que daba en nada se parecía a la que nos dio en 2013. Deberían de haberles llamado la atención. Las habitaciones están muy bien, el colchón es Comodísimo. El desayuno perfecto. Quizás necesite una pequeña actualización... Y un poco más de limpieza. Los cristales del salón de desayuno estaban sucios y siendo un Riad de esta categoria se deberían de cuidar más esos detalles. Echamos de menos que nos ofrecieran un té al llegar, como hicieron en 2013. Si en 2013 le di una puntuación de 10, ahora le daria un 8.

Desde el primer momento fueron muy atentos y nos sentimos como en casa. El Riad es maravilloso para pasar unos días de descanso en una ciudad espectacular. Todo el personal fue amable y servicial. Mi más enhorabuena a Hicham, Mohammed y la cocinera Fátima que nos hizo una cena de ensueño. Gracias Bruno e Inés por todo, sois geniales.

Formidable Riad

Riad de grande quietude au milieu de la medina et du souk. vous pouvez tout faire à pied. A deux minutes de la grande place et de tous les commerces. Excellent pour decouvrir Marrakeech en long week-end comme nous . le personnel est adorable et très serviable. Hicham nous a organisé presque toute nos sorties. Visite d'Essaouira, quad dans le désert, réservation des meilleurs restaurants de la ville( Jad Mahal, El Fassia)
