The architecture was interesting. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, the food was made especially for us and was excellent. The price was ridiculously low. I would gladly stay there again.

From the moment my family and I stepped into the Riad, we were warmly greeted by our incredible host, Anas, whose hospitality truly exceeded all expectations. Right from the start, Anas made us feel at home. He welcomed us with traditional Moroccan tea and took the time to share helpful information about the Riad, which made us feel both informed and comfortable. Anas also went above and beyond by suggesting some wonderful tourist spots for us to explore, adding a personal touch to our stay. His recommendations were invaluable, and we were grateful for his thoughtful guidance. The rest of the staff were equally amazing. Samira, the cook, prepared the most delicious breakfasts for us every morning, and her warmth and skill in the kitchen truly made our mornings special. Hassan, who helped take care of the Riad, was always attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. He was always available if we needed anything. We cannot speak highly enough of the entire team—Anas, Hassan, Samira, Ikram, and Imran. Anas, in particular, felt like a true brother to us by the end of our stay. The kindness and care we experienced here made our time in Morocco unforgettable, and we’re already looking forward to seeing you all again in the future. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Für den Preis auf jeden Fall gut. Man kriegt, was man auf den Bildern sieht. Sicheres Parken war unweit der Unterkunft an der Hauptstraße möglich (50dh p. Nacht). Läden und Restaurants in der Umgebung vorhanden. Die Empfehlungen des Betreibers (Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants) waren einwandfrei.

Le propriétaire affiche une plaque avec 5 🌟 alors que le riad en lui même ne mérite même pas 2etoiles Il n y a même pas de produits d hygiène(gel douche et autres)pour les clients et même pas une étagère pour poser les produits. Petit déjeuner laisse à désirer une horreur. Connexion wifi inexistante Personnel pas aimable du tout. Je déconseille ce Ryad a tout le monde. Je demande un remboursement car ce n est vraiment pas la prestation que j' ai payé. Je compte faire un courrier à la direction de l hôtelerie du Maroc pour signaler cela preuve a l appui vidéo et photo.

Hubo tres conserges distintos y tuvimos dificultades para entendernos con ellos. Al llegar de madrugada ( el vuelo salió con retraso y lo habiamos informado) nos alojaron en otra habitación sin ningún tipo de explicación (nos dijeron que nos cambiaban a la mañana siguiente... debia estaba ocupada o sin preparar), no hicieron el chekin, ni la noche de llegada ni por la mañana y no nos dieron las llaves . Al volver no pudimos entrar hasta que nos abrió otra huesped, después de tener que aporrear la puerta y esperar durante media hora Tardaron otra media hora en llegar. Era otro conserge que no sabía nada de nosotros.No encontraba nuestra reserva(a pesar de mostrarsela impresa y facilitar el número de itinerario- no sabían siquiera que compañia era), ni sabian donde estaba nuestro equipaje que había subido la cocinera durante la mañana , por lo que tardamos otra media hora hasta poder descansar en la habitación. La wifi no funciona bien.No cambiaron las toallas ( pequeñas y gastadas), ni repusieron papel higiénico hasta que lo pedimos nosotros.Nos cobraron una cena cuatro días más tarde, sin habernos dicho que se pagaba el mismo dia. Además, nos decía que se la debiamos al otro chico de la noche anterior y que no se la habiamos pagado. No nos dieton ningún tiket aunque se lo pedimos, no sabemos qué cena cobraron exactamente ( la del domingo o la de otros huespedes del dia anterior)
