Es un Riad sencillo, pero tambien hay que tener en cuenta lo que vale.Que sepas que no vas a un hotel cinco estrellas gran lujo, tampoco te lo cobran. El chico que nos atendio fue muy amable y super educado. Cuando llegamos con el taxi, como no se puede entrar por el callejon, vino a buscarnos hasta el taxi. Recomiendo llevar el telefono del Riad porque asi el taxista puede llamarle. El desayuno que te dan es super correcto. Cafe, te, creps, napolitana, pan, mermeladas, mantequilla y zumo de naranja natural. Para un fin de semana con amigos es un sitio estupendo ya que estas junto a la plaza en medio de la Medina. El ambiente del Riad era de gente joven y familiar. Por la noche no se oia ni una mosca, el descanso esta asegurado.

Très mauvaise expérience avec cet hôtel!!

Nous sommes partis à Marrakech pour 3 jours et nous avions réservés cet hôtel sur internet via Voyages sncf.com. A notre arrivée une personne travaillant dans ce Riad nous à reçu et nous a servi un thé jusque là tout allait bien sauf peut être la très forte odeur de cigarette dans la cour...mais bon passons ce détail ce n'est pas le plus grave. Donc cette personne revient vers nous et nous informe que le Riad est complet...et que nous allons être redirigé vers une annexe équivalente à ce Riad située juste à côté. Et c'est la que les soucis ont commencés, car cette "annexe" se situait à environ 10min de taxi donc pas "juste à côte" et n'avait rien à voir avec le Riad que nous avions réservé car il s'agissait en réalité d'un tout autre Riad appartenant à d'autres personnes et appliquant de tout autres tarifs. En effet ce dernier était beaucoup moins cher qui celui réservé à la base et donc d'une catégorie plus basse. Nous avons donc été "déclassé" et absolument pas remboursé de la différence! Nous avons à plusieurs reprises essayés de joindre la propriétaire du Riad qui n'a jamais daigné nous rappeler... Pour couronner le tout, la veille de notre départ la même personne qui nous avait reçu à notre arrivée débarque à notre nouveau Riad et nous réclame le paiement de la taxe de séjour ainsi que les petits déjeuners...qui étaient compris dans notre tarif! En bref je vous déconseille fortement ce Riad Azukar et son personnel qui ne sont rien d'autres que des arnaqueurs.

Não recomendo este Riad para ninguém!

Fizemos esta viajem em um grupo de 9 pessoas, que ficariam acomodadas em 5 quartos do Riad, no entanto no dia em que chegamos fomos surpreendidos ao fazer o check in, uma vez que não havia quartos disponíveis para todos. Assim, encaminharam 6 pessoas para outro Riad, o que foi um incômodo, pois já havíamos pagado um carregador de malas, e tivemos que nos deslocar novamente dentro da Medina com várias malas. Passamos uma noite no Riad Celia, que nos atendeu bem, mas no dia seguinte o dono do Riad Palais disse que levaria nossas malas, mas não cumpriu com o combinado, tivemos novamente que nos deslocar com malas pesadas dentro da Medida. Durante nossa hospedagem encontramos acomodações boas no Riad Palais, porém não houve limpeza de quarto em nenhum dia de hospedagem e nem troca de toalhas. Para conseguirmos papel higiênico era necessário requisitar. O café da manhã foi muito fraco todos os dias, eles forneciam uma quantidade irrisória que não dava para 9 pessoas. Sempre tínhamos que requisitar reposição, pois senão a metade das pessoas não comiam. Como passamos 2 noites no deserto, o dono do Riad disse que nos daria 2 lanches à noite, equivalente ao café da manhã, mas não forneceu em nenhum dia, sempre dava uma desculpa de que tínhamos que ter avisado, sendo que já estava tudo acertado. Ahmed se embebeda com outros homens o dia inteiro dentro do Riad o que é horrível. E por fim, nos cobraram taxa de quarto de 47 euros para cada ao final da hospedagem sem prévia informação.

was ich als sehr negativ und ärgerlich empfand dass ich für ein zweites handtuch mehrmals betteln muste auch für toilettenpapier. mir wurde auch gesagt dass sei hier kein hotel wegen den beiden artikel. wenn jeman wert auf frühstück legt ist hier fehl am platz. frühstück sehr sehr mager und man kann auch nichts nachholen.

Did not enjoy the stay at this hotel, was a bit scary as its in a small path road and it gets dark at night with no lights. The staff couldn't even speak arabic or english, just french which i found not helpful at all

Comfortable sightseeing base

The staff were very obliging at this comfortable rather than luxurious riad. The decor was calming and tasteful as well as being different to our eyes. The hot water was a little temperamental at times. We would definitely return to this riad.
