Le propriétaire est une personne mal polie , incompétente et n'a pas honoré cette réservation prétendant n'être pas affilié à e bookers.ch . Merci de me rembourser cet hôtel car je n'y ai pas séjourné. J'ai déjà fait cette demande dès mon arrivée le 24 décembre 2018 par téléphone auprès de vos collaborateurs.
