Upon your arrival, the domicile is professionally cleaned and prepared and thus offers you a safe and relaxing stay.

In the large, well-kept Mediterranean garden with old olive tree, palm tree and bougainvillea hedge, you will find the large pool and the BBQ grill.

This is a very comfortable place to live. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with satellite TV and dining area, a modern kitchen (with gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster and complete crockery), a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower, washbasin and WC, and one of the 4 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and fan.

There is direct access to the garden from the bedroom, the living room and the kitchen. Furthermore, the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and the central heating are located on the ground floor. Free 100 MBit (max.) WLAN is available in the house and garden.

Upstairs there are 3 bright and airy bedrooms with air-conditioning and additional fan, each with double bed and built-in wardrobe. Each room has its own exit to a balcony or the south-facing terrace, from where you can enjoy a beautiful direct view of the Tramuntana mountains, which are about 15 minutes away. In addition, one of the rooms has an en-suite daylight bathroom with shower/bathtub, washbasin and WC. Another spacious daylight bathroom with double washbasin, shower/bathtub and WC is located opposite the 2 rooms.

Bed linen, towels and complete equipment are of course available.
