"Negatives - no fridge in the room which was a big disappointment. What modern hotel doesn't have a fridge, especially somewhere hot like in Spain? For the size of the hotel (10 storey), the swimming pool and sunbathing area was extremely small. Positives - best food I have eaten in a hotel abroad. Fabulous roof top cocktail bar and seating area with stunning views over Palma. Clean and modern room (though pretty small). Bus stop to airport and Palma centre was directly outside the hotel. "

"Pros: Great view, central location, easy access to beachfront and pool. Cons: Air con leaking and only solution offered was some towels to place on the floor. Limited breakfast options despite requesting the night before. Ordering airport taxis seemed a burden for the reception staff. Charged for bar bill on check out that had already been paid for. Shower was a slipping hazard. Customer service in addressing these issues was limited and poor."

"Amazing hotel, you get great value for money with a varied buffet-style breakfast, spa access with saunas, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pools, as well as direct access to the sea! Rooms were very clean and staff helpful and welcoming. Perfect location, with bus stop right outside and short walk to 3 different beaches and multiple beach clubs."

All the staff were polite and friendly The reception staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist you with any queries you had The breakfast were well presented with a great choice to choose from. The only complaint I had was that the hot food in the containers could have been hotter as there was no evidence of any heaters on them"

"We got room with balcony. It was great. Full spacious room. The bathroom was good size. The room thermostat doesn’t work so if your cold- use extra blanket and there is no kettle in the room so I kept going to the reception to get hot water to drink whenever I needed. Otherwise the staffs were excellent. The buffet was good too. Enjoyed my stay here thank you!"
