The luxurious holiday villa Bellviure with its 250 m2 is located near Palma and leaves nothing to be desired. It has 4 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds and 2 king-size beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of which is connected to the bedroom) and thus accommodates 8 people (plus 2 babies). Other rooms include a living room with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, an iPod docking station and a Playstation 3 as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. It has a coffee machine with coffee, a dishwasher, a microwave, a mixer and a toaster. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (available in all rooms), ceiling fans, a safe, a washing machine and dryer and a high chair for children. The 10 x 5 m saltwater pool invites you on hot days to take a refreshing dip. There is also an outdoor shower outside the villa. A portable barbecue and comfortable outdoor furniture as well as a large dining table with chairs invite you to enjoy a BBQ. Furthermore, sun loungers and a parasol are at the guests' disposal.
In the immediate vicinity of the villa there are numerous restaurants within walking distance (10-12 minutes away). The nearest supermarket is 11 minutes away. The beaches Platja de Can Pere Antoni and Playa Ciudad Jardín can be reached in 14 minutes by car (14 km).
