Really nice beautiful hotel, centric location. Everything was 5 stars. The TV it wasn’t working and no one was there to fix it, so no TV. But no a big deal, everything else 5 stars on everything

We had amazing customer service from Roberto to make our stay nice. The standard rooms were a little tight for two people but the amenities were all fine. The hotel is in a nice area of the city centre and an easy walk to the seaside. I'm pretty sure it was advertised as having a gym, spa and snack deli but if so, I never found them so that was a bit disappointing. The free parking outside was a big plus. I have stayed several places in Marsala over the years and this is above average in general.

Excellent hôtel. Très beau dans un ancien monastère. Le stationnement nous a été fourni juste à côté de celle-ci. Petit déjeuner excellent mais non compris par contre il en avait la peine. À notre arrivée un petit verre de Marsala nous a été donné comme cadeau de bienvenu. Je recommande cet hôtel et si vous pouvez restez y deux jours

The staff was excellent. They gave guidance on what to do and helped with transportation . The property is beautifully laid out. It has plenty of old world character. The property is managed very well. My room and bathroom or spacious and comfortable as well as being very clean. The courtyard was really beautiful as well.
