The only negative was that no one was available at the front desk for check even though we rang the bell and waited a while. "Nice modern hotel which seems to focus mainly on business clientele due to its location just off the autobahn in an industrial \commercial area just outside town. Staff were very helpful and the multi-storey car park has paid EV chargers activated by your room card). Great crispy bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast."

"Refund wanted for three nights. Room was not cleaned once, no shower gel upon arrival and not replaced. Dirty towels never replaced. Not acceptable "

"We chose to stay at this hotel while visiting family. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is probably the cleanest I have ever seen among similar 4 Star hotels. The food was exceptional and there was plenty of it. On-site parking was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to our next stay."

"This hotel was advertised with spa services food, and in close proximity to ski lifts. What they do not say is that the spa services in the pool they charge per person per day, the ski lifts are not even close and are not within walking distance. To eat at the restaurant you have to reserve it the day before and pay an €18 fee per person. They don’t serve lunch only breakfast and dinner on certain days. The front desk people were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Parking was another area of contention as there is not enough parking for the guests and the road to get to the parking spot is very narrow."
