Not a place for elderly with 30cm drop from shower to floor. 5 concrete steps to toilet with a piece of concrete carved out at the top to allow the doors to close. This area has no inner walls and has exposed plumbing, sullage lines and electricity cabling. The toilet seat is faulty, and the flat has cockroaches.
