Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns in dem Haus wohlgefühlt. Es ist ein älteres Haus mit viel Charme. Wir waren mit 7 Personen und einem Hund da. Die Zimmer sind schön groß mit viel Stauraum für die Kleidung und die Betten richtig bequem. Frédéric ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und einfach zu erreichen. Das Grundstück ist wunderbar eingewachsen und eingezäunt, das war für unseren Hund sehr gut. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, das Wetter im Mai hat mitgespielt. In kurzer Fahrweite sind Bäckereien, Restaurants, alles was man braucht und der lange Strand. Hier verbringen wir gerne nochmal unseren Urlaub.

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus zwei tolle Wochen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage ist herrlich, ruhig und mitten in den Weinfeldern. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat sich herzlich um uns gesorgt. Das Haus ist im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Perfekt waren der große Kühlschrank und der große Gefrierschrank. Der große Pool im Garten war super, man konnte sich auf den Liegen gut entspannen. Geschlafen haben wir auch gut, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Man erreicht mit dem Auto in kürze viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lokale, Strand und Geschäfte. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt, wir waren rundum glücklich und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub!!

Heerlijke plaats om te zijn. Amper last van omgevingsgeluiden en maar op 6-7 autominuten van Marseillan en op 20 min van Cap d Agde. Ook een prima zwembad van 8 x 4 meter.

Wir hatten einen herrlich entspannten Urlaub in dem alten Haus in den Weinfeldern. Es war sehr schön hergerichtet und hatte einen abgeschlossenen Garten so dass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Der Pool war groß und sehr sauber. Der Strand in Marseillan-Plage war mit dem Auto nur 15 min. entfernt.

Frédéric ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist alt mit Ecken und Kanten, aber ganz viel Charme. Es ist mit vielen Antiquitäten geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die moderne Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Garten und Pool sind vor allem für Kinder super! Alles in allem wärmstens zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Au milieu des vignes, au calme absolu, l'annexe de cette belle propriété viticole nous a comblé. Belle demeure agencée avec goût, spacieuse pour les familles, chambres avec salle de bain individuelle à l'étage, rdc: grand séjour/salle à manger/véranda/salon d'été, jardin et piscine à l'abri des regards ont rendu notre séjour très confortable. Côté cour qui peut paraître vieillotte et encombrée d'annexes hors contexte est à oublier au profit du côté jardin paradisiaque et de l'intérieur cocooning!

Cette année encore, nous avons passé des reposantes vacances dans cette maison spacieuse et décorée avec goût. La maison est très propre et la cuisine bien équipée. Un grand merci à Annelyse et Frédéric qui sont toujours à l’écoute de leurs locataires !

Wir haben auf dem Weingut zwei tolle Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist alt und hat Ecken und Kanten, ist aber einfach sehr gemütlich und super eingerichtet. Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer liebevoll eingerichtet und das Wohnzimmer mit der tollen Couch sehr gemütlich. Nach einem Unwetter gab es 24 Stunden keinen Strom und kein Wasser und in der ersten Woche kein WLAN, aber Frédéric und seine Frau haben sich immer eingesetzt, das alles schnellstmöglich wieder klappt. Zum Strand muss man schon ordentlich fahren, aber das wussten wir vorher und dafür war man mitten in Weinbergen. Wir haben uns bewusst für die ruhige Lage entschieden. Von dort kann man viele tolle Ausflüge machen und der Etang de Thau mit den Austern und anderen Muscheln ist direkt nebenan. Der Pool ist ebenfalls richtig toll für Schwimmer, da er ziemlich tief ist. Auch die Hunde haben sich wohlgefühlt. Ein tolles Haus für größere Familien, da jeder sein Plätzchen finden kann. In der Beschreibung sollte nur ergänzt werden, dass Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Reinigung nicht inklusive sind. Das hat uns am Ende total überrascht. Ein toller Ort zwischen Land und Meer.

Maison agréable et spacieuse au calme. Endroit idéal pour famille proche des autres villes. Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible. Petit geste a notre arrivé (rosé Préambule) appréciable après 8h de route😉. Visite de la cave et histoire de la production du vin la coopérative du propriétaire tres intéressante. Nous pourrons bien évidemment revenir. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette belle maison. Nous avons apprécié le calme, une literie très confortable, la splendide piscine. Maison identique aux photos et à la description. Bien équipé et bien situé. Merci à Madame et Monsieur Surmien qui nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup d’attention et de gentillesse. Nous reviendrons certainement l’année prochaine.

Nous étions 2 couples avec 4 ados de 10 à 14 ans et 1 chien. La maison est très spacieuse et joliment décorée. La piscine est magnifique. Le jardin est bien ombragé et à l'abri des regards. Monsieur Surmien est très sympathique. Il nous a gâté en nous offrant des légumes de son jardin. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances.
