Enjoy the charm of a hotel suite with a fully equipped kitchen. The flat is located between the Quai du Vieux Port and the Cours d'Estienne d'Orves. All tourist activities are within walking distance : Restaurants, Bars, Metro, Shuttle to the islands of Friuli or Calanques. We will share with you our good addresses to make you feel at home.

5 Sens "Nous avons passé un chouette séjour dans ce logement. Proche du port, ce qui était très chouette ! Par contre, la cage d’escalier n’est pas très propre comparé au logement et le soir, il faut savoir que la rue est très bruyante car le logement donne sur des restaurants."

5 Sens El alojamiento tenía la puerta de salida abierta en varias ocasiones porque el bar de abajo utilizaba agua y no cerraban. El edificio estaba que se caía, no era seguro, había pisos abandonados y mucha suciedad. El piso por dentro no estaba del todo mal pero había cucarachas y hacía mucho calor. No se podía dormir bien por el jaleo de la fuera. En definitiva, no está pagado para todas las cosas negativas que lo rodean.

5 Sens "L’appartement était bien dans l’ensemble. Propre, mis à part quelques ustensiles et vaisselles, mais ce sont les personnes précédentes qui n’ont pas bien nettoyé. Matériel de cuisine ok, on avait de l’huile, du café, du thé. Il manquerait juste un tire bouchon J’ai tout de même quelques remarques : •Nous n’avions pas assez de papier toilette et en avons donc racheté • Sachez qu’il y a BEAUCOUP de bruit à l’extérieur, même moi qui n’y suis pas sensible en temps normal. Je trouve important de préciser qu’il y a une boîte de nuit juste en face et 1 jour sur 2 il y a le nettoyage de rue tôt le matin (6h), les livraisons etc. •un petit ventilateur en plus ne serait pas de trop. Pour laisser le grand allumer la nuit, on a dû deviser les ampoules de la cuisine, car il fonctionne seulement quand elles sont allumées. Il faisait très chaud •la douche était correcte mais pas un gros débit, donc ceux avec les cheveux épais ou boucles, c’est compliqué. Cage d’escalier ok, on est à Marseille"

5 Sens De airbnb ligt perfect in het centrum en is daarom een goede aanrader. Het trappenhuis was inderdaad erg rommelig maar we vonden het niet naar urine ruiken. We misten wel wat keukengerei zoals een schaar, wijnopener, een goed mes en vaatdoekjes om het aanrecht mee schoon te maken. Ook was het jammer dat we maar een halve wc-rol hadden bij aankomst waardoor we zelf nog een pak wc-rollen moesten kopen omdat de host niet reageerde op de vraag of we ergens nog meer wc-rollen konden vinden in de airbnb. Maar ondanks dat hebben we fijn verbleven in de airbnb. Het is een mooie plek, en het appartement is mooi ingericht. We hebben het naar onze zin gehad in Marseille! Dankjewel!

5 Sens "Wir haben 4 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht. Das Bad ist mit einer geräumigen Dusche und einem großen Waschbecken ausgestattet. Sogar ein Föhn findet sich vor Ort. Die Küche hielt alles nötige zum Kochen und Essen bereit. Das Bett war bequem. Durch die vielen Fenster und den Ventilator konnte trotz des heißen Klimas, eine recht angenehme Raumtemperatur erhalten werden. Die Lage ist wirklich super. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Einkaufsstraße und am Hafen. Der nächste Strand findet sich etwa in 20 Minuten Fußstrecke."

5 Sens "L’appartement est à 2 minutes à peine du vieux port et des restaurants; ce qui est un bon point quand on ne veut pas utilisé de véhicule et avoir tout à proximité mais gros gros point négatif: le bruit dans la rue jusqu’à 5/6h du matin. Nous avons tout de même été bien accueillis par Smail qui a su être très arrangeant sur l’horaire d’arrivée suite à un retard de notre part et nous le remercions encore pour cela. De plus il faut noter qu’aucun stationnement n’est gratuit à proximité du logement. Il faut donc prévoir une somme supplémentaire pour le paiement du parking."

5 Sens The apartment is in accordance with the photos. The stairwell area did not have a bad smell according to the statements below, I believe they have fixed this part, but in fact the environment on the other floors of the building is a little scary because you don't know the type of neighbors you will have during your stay . But everything went well.

5 Sens "Bel appartement malgré un immeuble dans un piteux état. En effet on ne s’attend à pas à voir un appartement rénové avec autant de goût dans ce genre d’immeuble. Très très bien situé tout est accessible à pied. 2 gros bémols à mon sens mais qui ne sont pas liés à l’appartement mais plutôt à la gestion avec le personnel. Lors de l’arrivée j’ai prévenu 3 jours avant que j’arriverai à Marseille à 11h et qu’il serait adorable de leur part de me laisser l’accès au logement un peu plus tôt (13/14h) que le Check in initialement prévu à 16h. Ce qui n’a pas été fait et donc j’ai dû attendre 5h dehors avec mes bagages etc. 2e bémol, lors du check out le personnel arrive à l’appartement à 10h30 alors qu’il est prévu un départ à 11h. À part ça tout s’est très bien déroulé et le rapport qualité prix top du top compte tenu de la situation et de la qualité de l’appartement."

5 Sens "Ich habe das Apartment für 4 Wochen gebucht, um von dort aus zu arbeiten und ich würde es jederzeit wieder so machen! ? Internet war für meinen Aufenthalt ein entsprechend entscheidendes Kriterium - Leider klappte das nicht auf Anhieb, aber es wurde nach meiner Informationen alles unternommen, um Abhilfe zu schaffen. Schlussendlich kam ein Techniker vorbei und konnte das Problem nachhaltig lösen :) Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, denn der alte Hafen, Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Metros, Busstationen.. einfach alles ist fast schon aus dem Fenster zu sehen. Ehrlicherweise muss eben auch mit einer entsprechenden Geräuschkulisse gerechnet werden. Die Kommentare zum Treppenhaus muss ich leider bestätigen, am Ende verbringt man dort aber auch nicht allzu viel Zeit, weshalb das kein wirkliches Argument gegen die Wohnung sein sollte. Alles in allem - Super Apartment, tolle Lage, gerne wieder ??"

5 Sens The agent who helped me with check in was extremely kind. My luggage was lost and I was delayed getting to our agreed check in time, so she messaged me very clear check in instructions. She also offered to help with locating my luggage which was above and beyond. The apartment itself was great, my only complaint is the location. It is extremely noisy, especially at night. So if you’re wanting to get some good, undisrupted sleep, I would recommend sleeping headphones or earplugs. The stairwell into the apartment is also very dirty and was a bit unsettling since I was completely unaware of it. As a young female solo traveler, it did make me feel a bit unsafe at first due to the outside conditions of the apartment. After the first night, I knew it was in fact safe but I still wish there was more disclosure about getting into the apartment itself.

5 Sens "🙂 Sehr gute Lage, sehr zentral, in umittelbarer Nähe des alten Hafens, der Metro- bzw. Bus-Station und etlichen Bars und Restaurants. 5 Sens "Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, dies begünstigt jedoch auch extremen Lärm. Wir waren bis zu einem gewissen Grad auf den äußeren Lärm eingestellt, jedoch nicht auf die Geräuschkulisse aus dem Treppenhaus (das angrenzende Fischrestaurant scheint dort seine Kühlräume zu haben und besucht diese häufig), welcher durch den riesigen Spalt unter Tür besonders auffiel. Das Treppenhaus ist zudem stark verschmutzt, renovierungsbedürftig und es gab Kakerlaken. Die Wohnung selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider scheinen die Bilder bei Airbnb nicht mehr ganz aktuell zu sein. Die Wohnung weist einfach viele Abnutzungsspuren auf, welche besonders im Bad offensichtlich werden (gesprungene Fliesen, Schimmel am Silikon…). Insgesamt hätte es auch sauberer sein können. Als sehr positiv empfanden wir jedoch die Kommunikation mit dem Host."
