GOOD PRİCE GOOD PERFORMANCE

The hotel is in a very good location. We stayed very comfortably as a family of 3. It is close to the metro and tourist attractions and is not tiring in terms of location. The reception is very attentive, it could be a little better in terms of cleanliness. Would I recommend it, yes.

Great staff/ Smelly hotel

The hotel corrider smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke day and night and it seeped into my room. Someone was clearly smoking in their room. There were no smoke alarms in the rooms. The staff however were exceptionally helpful on my two night stay. But I would not stay here again.

Helpful staff but room stunk of smoke

Reception was very helpful, especially with parking with parking. There is a gated carpark outside but it was full by the time we arrived in the evening. There is an underground car park but it was very tight for our larger SUV type car to get in. We did get in but if you have a larger car it's worth arriving early. The room, despite all rooms being non smoking, stunk of smoke.

Very disappointing

Good evening, we spent three nights in this hotel, two of which were almost sleepless. Our son had a sports competition and the hotel didn't even want to understand what we were going through. We asked upon our arrival not to charge us breakfast for Monday morning because we were leaving very early, the Blu Visconti hotel still charged us for the three breakfasts.

Faulty air conditioning units and flooding in room

Did not sleep well during the first night's stay as the room was too hot. In fact the air conditioning unit had leaked all over the floor and on my suitcase (and the contents). When I spoke to reception they gave me a towel, Only after insisting was I given a new room. The air conditioning unit also leaked in the new room, causing a large flood in the bathroom. I therefore had to vacate this room too which was complicated due to a wet suitcase and an array of wet clothing. I was not offered a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience or for the fact that all my suitcase/clothes were soaking wet and no formal apology given. Would definitely not recommend!

Personeel was supervriendelijk, spraken zowel Frans als Engels en er was 24/7 service. Daarnaast kon je prima een fijn gesprekje met ze houden en even met ze lachen. De hotel kamer zelf was vrij matig, bij binnenkomst viel op dat de kamer vrij ruim was en de bedden waren netjes opgemaakt maar helaas hing er een muffe geur die gedurende verblijf gelukkig wel weg ging. De wc was zo’n 1 m2 dus super klein, er zat ook geen slot de wc deur op dus als je er tegen aan kwam ging die ook direct open. Daarnaast was de wc bril gewoon los en het wc hokje zelf rook naar een plas geur die tijdens het hele verblijf aanwezig is gebleven. De wasbak in de kamer was niet stabiel en was bevlekt. En de douchekop houder in de douchecabine was stuk. Voor studenten die naar een simpel verblijf zoeken zal dit allemaal van prima zijn, voor een gezin wellicht wat minder.

Hôtel a proximité du tram ce qui est un plus ,piscine a 7 min à pied , restaurant dans les alentours. Proche toute commodité. Forte odeur de produits a cafard ce qui a été regretable et du coup ne donne pas envie de prendre le déjeuner sur place Les chambres basique propre femme de ménage très gentil et a l' écoute de vos demandes. Dans la chambre il y a des personnes avant nous qui ont fumé aux vu des trace qui sont indélébile... Très bonne accueil du personnel .. Passable .

Excellent séjour à Marseille au mois de mai. L’hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres sont confortables et impeccablement entretenues. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux demandes. À noter pour les futurs voyageurs : il est préférable de réserver le parking directement auprès de l’hôtel avant votre arrivée afin de garantir une place et de simplifier votre séjour. Une très belle expérience, je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation.
