The hotel decor is quirky. The staff and shuttle are great as is the breakfast buffet. The room was a bit weak: No refrigerator, 1 pillow per bed, only 1 hand towel for 2 people, no shampoo, conditioner, nor lotion.

An ok place to stay before / after a trip

The hotel had a nicely decorated and modern reception and cafe area. The garden was not quite as nice as pictured online, and the hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, surrounded by main roads. The rooms were ok- beds quite hard and no facilities to make tea, coffee, nor a fridge / mini bar. The breakfast was tasty and nice- that gets 4*! Traditionally French. About 8 minute drive from the airport.

CAREFUL Confirm with the hotel that your room have AC ! Half of the rooms doesn’t have, we were lucky enough that a room with AC was free up so we could change rooms

This was a great hotel, loved the updated theme. The check-in staff let us have our room early and that was greatly appreciated. The only reason why I gave the staff a 3 star is because the women in the dining/bar was so unprofessional and rude to us when ordering an afternoon drink. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed. Then when we returned to the RESTAURANT for food, because that is what a restaurant serves, she told us that all they had was pizza. Since there was no dining around, we said that would be fine. AGAIN---she huffed and puffed and walked over and grabbed this sandwich-board menu and aggressively slammed it down in front of our table---I was so flabbergasted that we got up and went to our rooms and UBERed in Subway. Her manger needs to speak to her about customer service, my husband thinks SHE IS THE MANAGER---if she is, the owners need a performance review immediately. Her rating would be ZERO stars.

The checking was great. Front desk was super friendly The check out was horrible 4:30 am front desk different guy was rude when we ask if we could turn or the coffee machine, kept the main gate close we rang the bell a few time… our uber wanted to leave I had to run back inside couldn’t find the guy for a solide 5 minutes ( you know Ubers don’t wait that long) he was hiding in the back on the phone.

Arrived at the hotel with a lot of luggage. No luggage trolley so had to do two trips. The lady behind the desk was helpful and apologetic that the room was in the other block of the hotel and very far away. Had to cart up a few steps too. Got to the room, unbearably hot. The AC was useless and the room was 32 degrees! Didn’t even get under the duvet or into the bed because it was so hot. No water, fridge, tea/coffee facilities. The room was just too hot. Breakfast was also awful. People mauling the food and poor selection. Never again! Complained about the room to the morning staff and she couldn’t care less. Not even an apology.

Tapis partout dans l’hôtel, chambre et corridor, sale, usé. Lit propre mais matelas recouvert d’une housse plastifié qui craque à chaque mouvement et transpiration garantie. Dans l’ensemble très bien. L’accueil est excellent. Le seul bémol c’est la propreté dans la chambre, il y avait des cheveux sur la table et la salle de bain surtout la douche est vétuste. Les lits sont confortables. On reviendra sans problème.

Other than a bed for the night, was pretty awful. Had a siren going off all night from the industrial estate next door. When I complained I was merely told tgeees nothing they could do about it. The one positive was the polite gentleman working on the front desk.

Hôtel avec un look très soigné. Chambre très spacieuse, SDB très agréable et fonctionnelle. WC à part. Aucun bruit très bien isolé. Vu sur la nature. Petit déjeuner très varié.
