When I first arrived at the hotel to check in, I tried to use the automatic system, but this asked for me to pay the full price, of which I had already paid most of it through the Expedia app. I had to then call the hotel and the staff came down and checked me in. When I entered the room, it stunk of chlorine, making it hard to breathe. The shower was not fully clean and the toiletries (2 bottles of hand soap) were not good. The rooms were not sound proofed at all and when lying in my bed, I had several ants climb over the bed and myself. The free WiFi advertised only covered the reception area and was private with the only way of accessing it by scanning a qr code on the owner's phone. The breakfast was ok, but not great. Very little option, with several vending machines and machines not working. The location of the property is good however, with the bus stop close by, several beaches less than an hour walk and 2 large supermarkets very close by including a few restaurants/ take out places.

The. Staff is friendly and kind. There are no amenities besides the WI-FI. No small fridge. The breakfast is bear minimal,not like what you see on the pics. No closets, just 4 hangers.

Les chambres sont malheureusement dans un état lamentable, le ménage n'est absolument pas fait, c'est très navrant, en revanche l'accueil est très bien, la personne est disponible très gentil et serviable. La personne va faire remonter la réclamation.

Chambre avec porte SDB sans poignée. Espace minuscule. Un lit = lit à bascule. 21:30 : personne pour l'accueil et nécessité intuition sur borne pour obtenir code entrée chambre. Certes prix très réduit mais ok pour payer plus cher avec confort minimum.

Très déçue de l'environnement, hôtel où nous arrivons avec deux chambres de réservées et une seule à disposition.obligation de parlementer une demi-heure au moins pour avoir une deuxième chambre.sans compter sur les abords et extérieur de l'hôtel qui sont occupées par une population ''pas des touristes''!! Je me passerais de commentaires. On ne s'attend pas à ça quand on réserve un Kyriad hôtel !!!! Il est oublié de préciser sur Internet que l'hôtel n'est pas réservé aux touristes..... Comprenez ce que vous voulez dans cette phrase.

Très rare de nos jours

De passage à Martigues après un vol en fin de journée arrive après 22h30 je suis tombé par hasard sur cette hôtel et bien m'en a pris un rapport qualité prix imbattables établissement très propre facile d'accès très calme je le recommande volontiers le personnel vue le matin très sympa 👍
