We had everything we needed for our 4 days stay. The room was large and clean, good quality of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel; we had our towels changed daily. Breakfast was included in our package; we had some misunderstanding with the front desk about free breakfasts in our packages, but eventually it was settled. The hotel conveniently located close to street car/subway stations, walking distance to shopping, laundry, restaurants; close to the Old Port.

Large hotel with very basic, comfortable, and quiet rooms. The small balconies are a nice touch! Bathrooms are decorated as decks of a ship, given the proximity to the port. Also very close to the Cathedral Major, and the Museum of Art. We’ll definitely be back!

In general our stay was good. Location, staff, cleanliness and space were great. The only problem was the wifi which wasn’t working and not having parking was inconvenient that’s why I give four stars.
