"The whole hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the bed sheets had burn marks on them. On the first night, at around 1:00 a.m., a woman was screaming for about 15 minutes. The staff said they removed her, but the incident was very frightening. The hotel’s location is also in a very rough neighborhood, which made me feel unsafe."

"It was a horrible experience. I booked with them through Expedia, and when we arrived, they told us they had no availability. I was traveling with my 14 year old daughter, which made the situation even more stressful.
They called three hotels, but none of them had available rooms. That was the only thing they did, and it was not a real solution. We were left to deal with the problem on our own.
I do not recommend this place. Running a business requires responsibility and professionalism. If...
