QUIET VILLA WITH VIEW AND POOL, AT THE FOOT OF PARC ST PONS AND 15 MINUTES FROM CASSIS

This is the home of a Franco-Scottish couple. It's full of life and decorations from our countless travels around the world. I've lived here alone since the recent passing of my husband. There are games and books in English and French. A shaded terrace; it's very quiet. It's 5 minutes from the residential village of Gémenos, at the foot of the Sainte-Baume mountain and the Parc Saint-Pons, 5 minutes from the motorway, and 5 km from Aubagne and the Auchan supermarket. There's reversible heating and cooling in the lower part of the house.
