Nestled in the historic town centre of Cassis, a short distance from the beach and port, this 80-m2 apartment enjoys plenty of sunlight, is air conditioned, and boasts a view of the sea and the château. You can do everything on foot, making it an ideal vacation spot! Typical top-storey flat. This flat is the only one on the attic level. It was just remodelled, and comprises a 30-m2 living room a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, plancha grill, fridge, and freezer. There are also 3 or 4 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and TV, 1 bedroom with twin beds, a bedroom with a bunk bed and no window, and 1 attic room with a low ceiling and sea view. The living room also has a sofa bed. There is a large bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a shower and washbasin in the master bedroom. There are also 2 separated toilets. Weekly rentals cost €1250-€1470 depending on the season, but shorter stays are also possible. Utilities are included, though a heating surcharge applies from November to April. Bed linen can be rented. Deposit: 30% due on reservation, €1,400 deposit via a hold 15 days before arrival, will be reversed within 7 days if the apartment is left in suitable condition. Pets not allowed. Smokers not welcome. Arrival: 4 p.m. Departure: 10 a.m.

Wer eine Unterkunft in Strand und City Nähe sucht, ist hier richtig. Alles super erreichbar mit toller Aussicht von dem Balkon. Große Wohnung mit einem Highlight im Schlafzzimmer: die Dusche und das Waschbecken hinter einer schönen Schranktür! Man bekommt problemlos eine Parkmöglichkeit zugewiesen, die ich auf jeden Fall nutzen würde, denn das Parken ist dort unmöglich. Das Befahren der Straßen in die Strandnähe ist nur zum Ent- und Beladen erlaubt. Ich muss aber anmerken, dass das obere Zimmer eher ungeeignet ist zum schlafen, da es unangenehm riecht und die Matratzen einfach auf dem Boden liegen. Da wäre es schön, den Bodenbelag zu erneuern und ggf. Eine Lösung für die Matratzen zu finden, die dennoch der Deckenhöhe entspricht. Unsere Kinder haben im Wohnbereich geschlafen, da war es schön, dass man die Vorhänge zuziehen konnte. Überall Klimaanlagen, top!

Un excellent sejour

Tout s'est merveileusement bien passé lors de notre séjour à Cassis fin octobre. L'appartement est idealement situé, nous avons pu laisser la voiture durant les 4 jours et tout faire à pied. Toutes les commodités et les calanques sont à côté. Nous étions 2 familles de quatre et l'apprtement convient parfaitement. Les échanges en amont avec le propriétaire ont été très fluides. Je recommande!

Au cœur de Cassis

Logement dans Cassis, avec vue sur la mer. Tous commerces à proximité. Appartement spacieux, chambres au calme. Attention, 3e étage avec escalier en colimaçon. Accueil agréable et personne disponible pour tout renseignement. Un seul bémol, il manquait quelques produits de base (huile,sel,poivre,vinaigre) et filtre à café. Nous en gardons un bon séjour !

Cassis at your doorstep

This is the perfect location! You are a very short walk from great restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, the beach and harbor, bakeries, and a pharmacy. The apartment is quirky but very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The rental agent was very helpful and always available and the owners son was gracious and friendly when he arrived to resolve our WiFi. The air conditioning in EVERY room was a definite surprise. It was so nice to be right in the middle of all of the activities but closing the windows brought complete quiet. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable. There is actually a second shower and sink in the master bedroom that was an added surprise. If you want to be in the very heart of Cassis, this is a perfect choice💞

Appartement au coeur de Cassis

Idéalement situé à 2min de la plage, du port, des commerces et restaurants. Nous avons séjourné à 2 familles (9 personnes) sur le pont de l'Ascension et avons pleinement profité de notre séjour. Appartement climatisé, très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons rayonné à pied durant ces 4 jours, les premières calanques Port Miou et Port Pin sont à moins de 45 min de marche de l'appartement. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Location idéale pour notre groupe!

Cet appartement s'est révélé idéal pour notre groupe (4 adultes, 2 ados et un enfant ) : il y est spacieux et confortable, et la vue depuis le salon est magnifique! Le fait d'être en plein centre a permis à chacun de vivre à son rythme en profitant au maximum de Cassis. La communication avec le propriétaire a été parfaite du début à la fin, et l'accueil par Patrick et Maelys très sympathique et professionnel. A refaire, sans hésitation!

Cassis en plein cœur !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement placé, au cœur du vieux village, au dessus d’une jolie petite place tranquille; un appartement chaleureux, spacieux, déco sympa, de très bon goût, très bien équipé. Super séjour à Cassis

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis chez Eric. L’appartement ne peut pas être mieux placé, face à la mer, presque sur le port, dans l’hyper centre et en plus il très calme. L’appartement est très confortable, sobrement décoré, décoration d’inspiration méditerranéenne. Il est bien agencé, les climatisations réversibles sont très efficaces. Quel plaisir de prendre un petit café le matin sur le port ou aux pieds de l’appartement, de faire des ballades dans les calanques ou sur les crêtes. A coup sûr on reviendra à l’été pour profiter encore plus de la mer.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Great location! It is in the heart of things, and you can walk right out to the harbor, restaurants, beach, etc. The apartment is kinda cute and quirky which I am fine with. Some people may not like aspects of that though for example the low ceilings in some parts. It also has a nice view of the water, and you can open the windows and enjoy the breeze. The owner communicated pretty well and our damage deposit was returned in full and earlier than I expected it which was nice. Cons: Steep winding stairs to get up to it. Pack light if you stay here! ;) The apartment does not include sheets or towels so you have to pay extra to have those provided. We did that but were only given one bath size towel per person, so we did not have a single hand towel or wash rag for the bathroom or kitchen and to top it off the apartment does not come with paper towels. Just know what you are getting ahead of time and prepare accordingly! The kitchen and the dishes were a little dirty. We felt like we had to wash everything first before we used it. All that said we had a marvelous time and LOVED Cassis!

appartement très bien plaçé . équipement satisfaisant. salon très agréable...les badges parking sont très appréciables...seul bémol:nous ne disposions que d'un trousseau de clés pour 9 adultes.petite suggestion : ce serait mieux si le canapé lit dans l'angle de la pièce soit isolé par des rideaux...nous recommandons fortement cette location . le propriétaire a été très à l'écoute de nos observations.

Well situated but miniature

Positive: This is a great place to stay close to the sea and city center, just steps from where the boats to the calanques depart. The check in and check out was great. We got two parking vouchers so we could try and find parking for free (limited resident parking lots). This was not easy even in low season, so we chose to pay regular parking fee for one car close by. Despite the positives I only gave this place three stars. First off, we were disappointed to find that we had to make our own beds. Also the apartment feels cramped. There is only one spacious master bedroom (with shower cabin). But the other rooms are minimal; the loft is really for older kids only . The bunk bed in one room is big enough for grown ups, but too big for small kids (high climb to top bed). The bedroom with two single beds is very cramped, as are the two toilets (no sink). The living room is L shaped with a long dining table in between, like in a corridor. The two sofas can be made into 2 x double beds, but that would not be a comfortable fit. The low ceiling made it feel a bit dark and cramped. Opening the windows to the french balcony made it more enjoyable. Lots of steep steps in the apartment, so not good for small kids. I'd recommend this place to a group of young adults.

Nous avons passé le réveillon du premier de l'an à cassis dans un super appartement bien situé au centre du village à proximité de tous commerces et à coté du port. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et bien agencé seul bémol il est situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur et l'escalier est étroit. Super séjour...nous le conseillons et reviendrons .

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock eines Hauses in bester Lage. Die Straße liegt direkt hinter der Promenadenstraße. Vom linken Fenster des Wohnzimmers aus blickt man über einen Bouleplatz auf das Meer, direkt dort liegt auch der Hauptstrand (ca. 3 min. zu Fuß). Vom rechten Fenster aus blickt man auf das gegenüberliegende Hotel, das Schutz bietet vor dem Getümmel am Hafen, so dass es trotz des lebhaften Treibens in der Wohnung erstaunlich ruhig ist. Wenn man den Blick aus dem Fenster nach links richtet, sieht man auf die Burg, die abends angeleuchtet ist (leider nicht zu besichtigen). Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr chic und sauber. Es gibt drei Schlafräume, zwei Toiletten, ein sehr schönes Bad, ein weiterer kleiner Duschbereich in einem der Schlafräume. Eine kleine Stiege führt hinauf zu einem vierten Schlafraum im Dachstuhl. Die Küche ist geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet, Gewürze, Wasch- und Spülmittel waren bei unserem Aufenthalt (evtl. vom Vormieter) vorhanden. Am meisten gefreut hat uns an der Unterkunft die Klimaanlage. Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet, dass tatsächlich jeder Raum mit einer Klimaanlage ausgerüstet ist. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar, in unmittelbarer Umgebung ist alles was man braucht: Strand, Hafenpromenade, 3 Supermärkte, Imbisse, Souvenierläden und direkt vor dem Haus ein kleiner ruhiger Marktplatz, auf dem abends immer eine handvoll Stände Schmuck, Seifen und andere Waren anbieten. Zweimal in der Woche fand hier und in den angerenzenden Altstadstraßen zusätzlich ein großer Markt statt. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Cassis kommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder hierhin!
