    Welcome to our home, pretty villa top that will welcome you in the middle of the songs of cicadas, squirrels and pines! In a word, PROVENCE all 400m from a sandy beach.

    Our accommodation consists of a spacious living room facing East with a view of the pine trees.
    A bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a private terrace in the shade.

    The exteriors are shared with your host and offer you aperitif, meal and relaxation areas via its jacuzzi (to be booked in advance, 1 hour free for 2 people)

    1km from the centre of the village of Carry le Rouet, you will have the opportunity to relax in a green setting, walk and swim in the creeks offered by the blue coast.

    Indoor parking lot for one vehicle, train station and airport quickly accessible.

    Come relax and enjoy the seaside!

We enjoyed our time at Villa la Nicole. Anne was very welcoming and helpful, and talked through how to use the jacuzzi when we explained that was what we wanted. We really appreciated the super-fresh eggs from her chickens!The only critique is that the flat is by no means 'two steps' from the beach. It is a fifteen-minute walk. Not too far at all, but better described as having a view of the sea, over the village.

Fijne overnachting. Heel vriendelijke host. Heeft ons goed verzorgd met een verkoelend drankje . Het huis was schoon. Er was een poesje, hond en paar kipjes aanwezig. Mogelijkheid om te parkeren voor de oprit. Het huis ligt in de heuvels van Carry le Rouet. Mooie omgeving. Wandeling naar strand ong 20 min ( vanaf een heuvel). Auto 5 min rijden naar betaalde parkeerplaats aan zee. ( snel vol) Omdat het huis op een heuvel ligt zijn er nogal wat trappen te klimmen tot de voordeur. Wij hadden de Spa ( jacuzzi) bijgeboekt a 20,- eur pp. Is voor 3 pers. terrasje + spa in een soort verlichte boomhut. Was echt bijzonder. Dank je wel Lydia voor de goede zorgen en het fijne verblijf!
