There was a small hiccup with my food order not arriving exactly as requested one evening, but it was quickly rectified, and the staff’s friendly attitude made it easy to brush off. The minor snag didn’t dampen my overall experience, especially since the rest of the meals were flavorful and satisfying. The resort’s peaceful environment and well-kept grounds made it easy to unwind, whether I was lounging on the beach, dipping into the pool, or strolling through the tropical gardens. It’s clear that the team prioritizes guest comfort and a serene atmosphere. "Everything was very good at this hotel, except for the reception. They were not ready for us. They first said that they had to call Hotels.com and confirm the reservation, even after I showed them a copy of my receipt. Then, they had not cleaned our rooms. It took them 1 1/2 hours to get our rooms ready. This was unacceptable. I had previously stayed at this hotel six other times and it had always been very good. But, not this time. The hotel does need some major refreshing, painting, cleaning, etc. The bright side was that the breakfast was outstanding!"
