This was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at during my travels. It was as nice as some resorts I have been to. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet considering I had a room right on the balcony above the front desk. However, the thing that made this stay as good as it was, is hands down do to the staff. Every single one of them was friendly, efficient, courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay! The lobby was fresh, new, colorful, fun, clean, cheerful, warm, inviting & spacious to hang out in. There was even a nice new pool table. The location was very convenient!

Only of the few properties that Cats are accepted. Fast checkin… no pet fee. The area seem to be kind of isolated during the nigth ( in the middle of a Hospital and Medics campus). The hotel was in a renovation process but the changes looks great.

Nice clean hotel, but neither of our rooms even had the beds made on our second day. The girl that checked us in was rude. Breakfast was very good. Amentities and price were very good.

Room and property was clean. Elevator was sketchy, but everything else I saw was clean and in good shape. Breakfast was good. Decent options plus biscuits and gravy. Construction made it super hard to find with GPS turning me around everywhere, but I decided to just take an exit that made sense and work my way back there on the service road. Would recommend the stay based on the value of the price.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, what more could you want? The room was very nice / spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The pool area was impeccable and the lobby area of the hotel is nice for grabbing a free cup of coffee and reading/chatting, etc. The breakfast (included) offered a nice range of hot and cold options and all were tasty. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful choice for my recent trip. I had been in Tokyo for a couple of weeks, helping my son get packed up, and we needed a spot to stay for the last three nights, after he had vacated his apartment. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The dedk manager was very helpful, friendly, and spoke excellent English. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have a privacy curtain between the bedroom and the bath area. It would not matter for a married couple, but...

Clean room, helpful staff, quiet location!

Room was very clean. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Ample parking. Never heard any noise outside of the room. Beds were comfortable. Plumbing/shower worked without a hitch. Breakfast was surprisingly abundant with choices. A very pleasant surprise overall in terms of quality and value. Would absolutely recommend.
