"our stay here was ok . The staff when you could find them were extremely helpful, was frustrating that the reception wasn’t staffed for that much time during the day. Several times I went to an empty reception where they have a system for you to dial for them to help with your query’s except the phone you call is left on the reception desk so they can’t help as not got phone either them. Apart from that the bedroom clean beautiful view the bathroom has got to be ghe worst design I’ve ever seen Tiny, walk into and bump into the wc and can’t close door as the bathroom is so close to wc Too small too compact The plus side was you could replenish what you needed from a designated location"

"Brilliant one night stop over. Our kids loved the pool especially the water slides. We played crazy golf which was fab. Really friendly staff, the location was great and accommodation for a family of 4 was really good. We would definitely recommend a stay here as our kids in particular loved it."

"First of all this was top 3 of my favorite hotels of all time. It is extremely beautiful inside, and the outside grounds are stunning. We saw 3 deer eating the trees and grass outside so that was an extra cute bonus. The staff were so kind and helpful. We had the Brown Family Suite room 212 which was beautiful (it even had 2 bathrooms !!) SO CLEAN!! The housekeeping staff does an amazing job. The toiletries provided were great and I loved that they had black cloths to take off your makeup with. There is a coffee maker in the room with cream in the fridge and various sweeteners. They put a glass bottle of water in the fridge every day which was so lovely, as it was quite hot while we were there. The area around the property is quiet and so nice for relaxing. The games room was super cute and the restaurant looked lovely and had an amazing menu, but we unfortunately weren't able to eat there this trip. It is very close to the center of town and only a couple minutes away from the beach. We will stay here again without a doubt! Thank you all so very much!"
