"While the hotel and room was very clean, the televisions didn't work properly. I called front desk and they came up. Till they got there I switched remotes and we got one tv working properly. However we were told to give the 2nd tv a minute for the chanels and the person from the front desk left in a huff and left the door slam. We gave it 12 hours and still nothing. The cable was not connected properly and would require maintenance to fix it. The sofa bed didn't work properly either. I couldn't...

"This hotel is one of the best low-key hotels I've ever stayed at. Very modern with simple decor. I absolutely love that the rooms had flooring rather than carpet. Every aspect of this property was extremely clean. The staff were so helpful and efficient. Check in and check out was an easy, seamless process. I will be looking for more Avid by IHG hotels in the future.
