"We arrived to a clean space with clear instructions on how to find the property including parking instructions and how to find and unlock the key safe. The place is very peaceful and quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay."

"Friendly welcome. Everything set up and ready for on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter & jam. The Hobbit House is tiny, but so well designed, and it just feels so cozy. Good size patio and gorgeous outdoor furniture, including chairs, side tables, table & benches, gas bbq and fire pits with logs. Really, just the perfect rural retreat. Pub (The Rising Sun) and local shop within walking distance. We're already planning our return!"

"Thank you so much! We enjoyed our stay soooo much! We are a bunch of six ladies (childhood friends) having a long over due catchup weekend! All we wanted was a hot tub so we booked this little getaway. They were so accommodating, a welcome bottle of procesco waiting for us, chocolates, hot chocolate, tea and coffee as well as having a box of thing in the cabin in case you forgot them, like paracetamol and new toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner which we thought was just a lovely touch! Amazing hotel, spa and staff

"Amazing stay at the Gainsborough in Bath. Love the complimentary access to the Thermal Bath Spa at the hotel itself and it’s a really nice spa/bath area. Everything was super close by and in walking distance. Great rooms, great staff and really enjoyed our stay"
