"Wir wollten Ruhe und Entspannung was wir dort gefunden haben. Dennoch war es nicht weit zum Meer. Pierro der Gastgeber, welcher ebenso im Hause wohnt, hatte wunderbare Sightseeing Tipps für uns. Auch die Lokale, die er uns empfahl waren immer eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht. Kleine Reparaturen wurden immer sofort erledigt. Wir fühlten uns rund herum wohl."

"Wir haben die Zeit im Casa BraMare sehr genossen. Ein schönes, gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer herrlichen Landschaft. Ein Garten zum Entspannen, diverse Sitzplätze, Panoramablick, genial. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ausgesprochen netter, sympathischer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir können alle sehr guten Bewertungen bestätigen."

"This property had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and dishes. The bedrooms were comfortable. Everywhere was clean and well decorated. The hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We stayed a month and it wasn't long enough!"

"Ilva’s home was fabulous. The views were amazing. Ilva was an absolute delight and we constantly cursed our lack of Italian as we would have been able to communicate so much better. Ilva was a fabulous hostess and checked in to make sure we were okay. The house was charming and lovingly decorated. On leaving we had issues with car, Ilva drove into Sarnano to meet us and called a mechanic. Truth be known we were sorry to leave."

Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen gastfreundlich, stets erreichbar gewesen und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, die wir hier verbringen durften!"

"Wir konnten den Aufenthalt sehr geniessen. Samira ist eine hervorragende Vermieterin, die sehr auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste achtet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Umgebung wird sehr gut gepflegt. Alles, was für einen angenehmen Urlaub nötig ist, ist vorhanden. Wer gerne auf harten Matratzen schläft, ist gut bedient. Wir bedanken uns bei Samira sehr für die tolle Gastfreundschaft."

"Casa Capella is such a beautifully thought out, well looked after property that we had a great week here. It looks just like it does in the photos. It’s comfortable and well equipped which meant with a most generous welcome hamper including cheese, butter, eggs, prosciutto, milk, bread, home made jam, lots of wine. In fact everything we needed to set us up for the week when we arrived. We enjoyed swimming in the 15m pool and then just looking at the view across open countryside to the hills....

"The view alone is worth staying in this apartment. San Ginesio is a lovely small hilltop city and we were right in the heart of it. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Valentina has done a wonderful job of stocking it with the necessities for a comfortable stay. Everything is within walking distance and parking was less than a block away. Great place to stay."

"What a lovely house. The outdoor eating area is perfect for a large group, especially because it stays in the shade all day long. The bedrooms are comfortable (fans were v useful in the heat!) and the bathrooms are lovely. We really enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and using the delicious herbs growing in the garden. The ice machine was a godsend! I baked bread in the mornings, ate and swam all day and slept like a log. We experienced fireflies, the cat, golden orioles and wild...

"Property is a 5 minute drive out of town. The nearby town, Amandola, is a great base as it has pizza restaurants, bars, gelato shops, and lovely bakeries for breakfast pasteries that open at 7am. The house is large and spacious. Bathrooms are clean and bathroom suites are new and showers are great. Towels were not changed during our week long stay and neither were the bed clothes. There is a washing machine and tumble drier so you can launder them yourself. Kitchen is well equipped and modern....
