"Was my first time in Europe, the room was perfect and felt bigger than I expected. There were clear directions for everything and I never had a problem. Room looked very clean to me and the room had extra pillows, towels, and blankets in the closet as well. Everything worked well with no issues and the wifi was good for what I needed. "Terrible room condition, door lock not working, lot of hair everywhere, lot of dust, laundry machine very bad condition. Room keys were already misplaced, which was a security threat. The sink was not working. I left that room within two hours. Better to stay inside your car. "
