"We showed up to the hotel for check in and they were running behind. They said it’d be a couple of more hours before we could check in. We spent the evening with family and came back to our room. Our non smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes. We slept with the window all night to help with the smell. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. Beds were messy, lamp shade busted, everything looked old. We were hoping all of our clothes would not smell like smoke. We checked out...

"When we arrived the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. We found our room clean, the temperature great and the beds comfortable. All seemed very family friendly. However, in the morning we realized that there was only 1 bath towel, 3 hand towels and 2 wash cloths for 4 people. My husband went to get more towels and found no one there, twice.
