"A few staff members made our stay fantastic. Patrick, kitchen supervisor, was very friendly and the dining room was clean and the buffet had many options to choose from. Christian, night desk supervisor, also friendly and accommodating. "There were NO telephones, house or other in the hotel room just a QR code to scan if one is in trouble! I shall check future hotel bookings for hard-wired in-hotel rooms. No direct connection for an I phone wire; had to borrow a converter from the hotel which did not have a tight-fitting connection to the built-outlet in the wall. Had dinner in the hotel’s Good Italian Restaurant, Cento & a kind waiter charged my I phone in the kitchen. Had to go out in the rain the next day to buy my own converter."

I would stay here again when in Helsinki."
