"Well this is my second time here it’s definitely an okay place to stay for the price. No irons didn’t know that.
Checked in, they make you pay a $50 refundable charge after your stay. Checked into my room and it look as if someone had literally just been in there. Used towels all over the bathroom floor and the bed was unmade. Most likely dirty sheets too"
"We stayed in the main building. We were on the 3rd floor. The hall ways are warm but the rooms were very cool- good ac. Breakfast was easy, plentiful and food. Staff was helpful when needed. There appears to be some renovations , but it didn’t effect our stay."
"My only complaint is how I was greeted by the front desk clerk upon my arrival for check in. It was late, around 1130pm. I stood in line and waited for the clerk to help the person in front of me. Once she was finished, she looked at me and said “do you want something?”…maybe “can I help you?” Or “how can I help you?”. Just came off as rude, unprofessional and that I was a bother. I will say that the interaction after that went well.
