"Excellent standard of family room, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Quick check in with a friendly staff member. Staff were brilliant when we had to evacuate the hotel late at night due to a suspected gas leak and a note of apology was posted under the door overnight with another apology from reception when we checked out. The hotel is in a great spot with parking right behind, also very close to Manchester Piccadilly station. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel overall was great, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. The food was amazing, the service was great, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely… but the cleanliness really let it down. The shower / bathroom could do with a good scrub, we noticed some residue in the shower, possibly mould?… The bed wasn’t made properly either, but it was really comfortable. We were there for 2 nights and did enjoy the stay overall. Would 100% stay again. "
