- Located 400 meters from the sea, this renovated penthouse is on the fourth floor with an elevator (five steps from the front door to the elevator), air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. It consists of a living room and kitchen that open onto a terrace with a table and chairs, a beach umbrella, and two beach chairs. The master bedroom and the bedroom with two single beds open onto another terrace. The bathroom has a window and a shower stall. Supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, and more are very close by.
