Had an issue regarding booking, was advised that the booking never came through and there was no free rooms. Susan on reception was very helpful, looked into this further and managed to accommodate my reservation

Brand new appartment, large and comfortable, nicely furnished. Very clean. Comfortable bed with high quality bedding. Kitchen equiped with good amount of dishes, dinnerware and glassware sets. Modern apartment close to city centre of Žilina
Smarthome is a nicely renovated little flat. Close by for breakfast is cafe Italia for dinner the Manzo and the restaurants in the town center. Shopping is also close by with Aupark. The owner is very helpful and responds to questions right away.
