"Wow… just wow. Everything about this Holiday Inn Hotel was just amazing. The staff were so helpful and so kind, they really went out of their way to ensure that we had what we needed and that we felt right at home! The breakfast was also very delicious, those biscuits with gravy are a must! In all, the place was spot on clean, nothing felt like it was dirty, and I would highly recommend anyone visiting the area to reside in this Holiday Inn for their stay! I will be coming back again soon, thank you!"

"From the moment of arrival, being greeted outdoors by a gentleman that provided directions regarding how and where to park, obtaining a luggage cart for us to a smooth check in and lovely stay, our IU Biddle experience was excellent. We grabbed dinner at the food court and walked to the auditorium for a concert. Staying close the the venue and not having to drive and park and walk before and after the concert was very convenient and we 100% would do it again! :)"

"It was the worst. There was loud music outside the window all night, the staff did nothing about it. The toilet was broke, the staff did nothing. When a new room was request they said they could not accommodate, because the manager was not there. We were told we had to”catch the manager because she did not come in at a scheduled time. I left a message for her to call me, she never followed up. When we were preparing to leave the cleaning staff came in took our food, beverages and personal objects that we were packing in the car and said they thought we left. We had not checked out or turned in keys. As a matter of fact we still had a day on our reservation. Very poor quality hotel for such a nice city."

"We stayed here overnight and took their shuttle to the airport. The entire hotel had no hot water. Shuttle driver took his time getting us to the airport, and then we waited a very long time to be picked up from the airport. We stayed at a different hotel overnight when we returned from our trip. Would not recommend!"

"I didn't stay for breakfast .... needed a latte first ... stop I stopped at a nearby Starbucks. I had dinner in the bar and a great glass of wine. Bartenders were friendly and helpful with the menu . It was hard to decide what to have because the items looked so good."
